Bootcamp – 2 Levels (Beginner to Intermediate & Intermediate to Advanced)

Our Beginner to Intermediate Bootcamp is a 6 week program for $300, and designed to develop general fitness and is especially designed for anyone who has either never done any training or hasn’t been physically active. Members are given specific exercises and graduating training programs, after a fitness assessment to help develop their fitness.

Our Intermediate to Advanced Bootcamp is a 4 week program with 3 sessions per week. The sessions tailored to get each participant to increase their strength and fitness throughout the program. So whether you’re an ‘iron-man’ or a ‘couch potato’ we can improve your strength and fitness.

If you’re a regular at the gym you’ll know that we already have a very personalised service, but you can really take your training up a few notches with a personalised program and one-on-one or small group sessions. Whether you’re looking to build strength, boost fitness, lose weight or anything else besides, personal training sessions will help keep you motivated and on track.
