First we created a training environment designed to help achieve our clients’ fitness goals, then we devised a program of classes to suit a wide range of needs.

Our program evolves regularly to take into account our clients’ needs.

You can mix and match classes to suit your aims or availability, and our regular bootcamp program and personal training sessions provide other options for getting into shape and reaching your targets.

The trainers are brilliant! l have never been in an gym environment, where the trainers remember your name, remember your goals and take the time to discuss ways of achieving them, (not just write them down on an A4 sheet of paper and leave it in a tray for you to decipher).
