Function Force Boot Camps – The Drill
Our Boot Camp classes are designed for strength and conditioning, group personal training sessions held indoors at Function Force Gym. And unlike our other classes, you can’t just walk in. Booking is essential.
Each weekly session is different and the focus in Boot Camp is to develop every individuals’ fitness, in a supportive and motivating group environment. We have Bootcamps for different fitness levels so no matter what your fitness level is, we’ve got you covered.

Small Class Sizes
Our Boot camp Classes are capped at 12 as we believe that small class sizes are essential to the quality of each individuals experience and our instructors ability to just set out exercises for people to do, but to actually instruct.
Please Note: We are not a cross-fit gym. Classes are conducted in barefoot.

• Weight Loss when combined with nutritionally balanced diet

What You Should Expect From Our Bootcamp Group Personal Training Sessions
Intermediate To Advanced
Our intermediate to advanced bootcamps are a challenging work out aimed at mantaining and improving your fitness levels. A general fitness level is required and an assessment will be made before you can join this bootcamp to ensure that it’s suitable for you.

Function Force original Bootcamp
Class duration: 60 mins
• Class Size: Up to 12

• 10 mins warm
• 45 mins Circuit
• 5 mins Stretching
Degree Of Difficulty/Class Intensity
As mentioned above Bootcamp training is high intensity and the degree of difficulty is also high. The fitness level required for this is intermediate to advanced.

Bootacamp For Beginners To Intermediate

Our new beginners to intermediate bootcamp have been great for introducing or re-introducing people who have either never trained before or are wanting to return to fitness. The classes are capped 8 for every six weeks and are conducted in a supportive group environment thats encouraging and nurturing.

Class duration: 45 mins
• Class Size: Up to 8

• 10 mins warm
• 30 mins Circuit
• 5 mins Stretching

Bootcamp exercises include

  • Kettlebells
  • Running
  • Squats
  • Deadlifts
  • Indoor rockclimbing


One four week block involves three classes per week at the times shown below.


  • Tuesday 6-7am
  • Thursday 6-7am
  • Saturday 8-9am
  • Beginners/Intermediate

  • Monday 6.15-7am
  • Wednesday 6.15-7am
  • Saturday 8-9am
