Our full gym class timetable is shown below. Our program evolves regularly to take into account our clients’ needs so check back regularly for updates, or follow us on Facebook.

You can mix and match classes to suit your aims or availability, and our regular bootcamp program and personal training sessions provide other options for getting into shape and reaching your targets.
